I have a Toyota Tacoma with over 190,000 miles on it. Larry Miller Toyota in Albuquerque is the only place I’ll take it for service. When they have their act together they are good. When I first started taking my vehicles for service here they were amazing. Slowly their service went downhill and they seem to be trying to do bette When I first started taking my vehicles for service here they were amazing. Slowly their service went downhill and they seem to be trying to do better, but they’re still not where they used to be. Every visit for the last few visits I have had an issue with their service. From not performing the services I requested, and me having to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to simply rotate my tires, to them logging a service on the wrong vehicle. The ability to schedule appointments online has improved, but still has some kinks that need to be worked out. More

The dealership did not have the cable necessary to run a diagnostic on my car so they tried different things to determine the problem's to no avail before telling me this after having my car for 3 days.
