Its service was terrible. I pulled my rather new Toyota vehicle (14k miles), which I purchased there, into their garage for routine maintenance. I handed the valet my key. She took the key and threw it up in the air expecting a second valet to catch it. He did not catch it and the key landed on my hood striking it with loud thud which the valets found amusing. I complained to the service guy Isaac Moya and explained precisely what happened and he was not only dismissive of my concerns, he told me to watch my attitude!! He was a thug to boot. After I got my car back, I noticed a chip in the hood. I brought it to the attention of the garage manager and he said I cld not prove that the key caused the damage and he wld get some paint to fill it in. Again, I am demanding you preserve the above evidence. Thank you. Sincerely More

A very polite salesperson, but when we pushed for more on our 2023 trade in the general manger got involved and the experience when down hill.
