Fast, quality work . I brought my Sienna in for it's 20K mile oil change/maintenance. Although I came about 45 minutes early, they checked my vehicle in immediately. While waiting for the work to be done, I filled my time looking at 2015 Toyotas. By the time I was ready to leave, my Sienna was ready to go. We considered a new Prius but wanted to drive the Camry Hybrid to experience it. We found the Camry to be quieter, with a more appealing interior. Craig Bull, our salesman, patiently showed us the features of the car, especially the extensive safety features that were of particular importance to us. The car we were shown had just come in to the dealership, was the color we wanted, drove beautifully and had all the equipment we wanted. We ended up negotiating a very fair deal and purchased the car. Everyone who helped us could not have been nicer. We were so well treated as we have always been at this dealership. We purchased our 2006 Prius there and had it serviced regularly at the dealership. It was because of the great service we always received, we wanted to purchase our next car from American Toyota! Great service on my EV I feared I would have trouble getting service for my 2014 RAV4 EV outside of California (I bought it in San Mateo, CA & had it shipped to Albuquerque, I feared I would have trouble getting service for my 2014 RAV4 EV outside of California (I bought it in San Mateo, CA & had it shipped to Albuquerque, NM). But I made an appointment with no trouble. Still, after dropping off my vehicle, I was expecting a call stating they couldn't service an EV. Never received one! Upon pick-up, my consultant stated that all of the techs had a "geek off" looking at the first EV they'd had in the shop! They looked up what service it required and made sure it was done right. It was a great experience. More
