A "NO" man I believe it necessary to report the lack of kindness and professionalism when dealing with one of your associates. After expressing interest in buyin I believe it necessary to report the lack of kindness and professionalism when dealing with one of your associates. After expressing interest in buying a car and having it shipped to me the associate didn't at all seem to be reasonable nor tried to consider my request (this phone conversation was in stark opposition from the conversation I had with another associate, who was polite and considerate). Instead, he told me to just purchase a car where I live because there must be similar vehicles where I live. Although, I did not have to nor should I tried to explain the reason for interest in purchasing out of state. However, he was unyielding saying that I have to come to the dealership because he has to know who he is selling the car to and in order to conduct a credit check. It is possible to conduct a credit check without a person being present. There are other dealerships that have shipped a car without seeing the person who purchased the vehicle, my family members have done so. In fact, our family tends to purchase vehicles that way. Furthermore, it shouldn’t matter where a customer chooses to buy their car. It was my intention to pay the total amount in advance. The decision does not belong to the discretion of an associate. Especially, a dealership that advertises a ”Yes man” type of business approach on it’s website. I will take the advice of your associate and look elsewhere. More
Aggresive and misleading Up Sale in Service Dept Bought my car here. I avoid getting service and oil changes here. Was told I needed a new belt which is fine except the belt was only 2 yrs old on a Bought my car here. I avoid getting service and oil changes here. Was told I needed a new belt which is fine except the belt was only 2 yrs old on a low milage and garaged vehicle. talked to service rep - he looked up history, story changed it is showing "early signs" of need for replacement. Had a mechanic look at - in great condition no need to replace. Called Service manager - assistant called me back and told me the wrong belt was looked at by my mechanic and that was not the belt suggested for replacement. Called toyota pats department - they looked my car up by serial number to make sure this other belt existed - it did not. Called the Dealership manager assistant called me back. Assistant claims there is no record of the belt being replaced. The service rep had the vehicle history up on the screen and pointed to the comments w and now there's " no record" . I guess quality falls downhill here More

Good customer representation and service. My service representative Crist Lopez did a good job of making sure all my service requirements (oil change and service recall) were taken care of. H My service representative Crist Lopez did a good job of making sure all my service requirements (oil change and service recall) were taken care of. He worked with me on re-scheduling my truck's service date; due to a lack of truck's mileage by truck not being driven, because of eye surgery to take care of a detached retina. The old Toyota is back!!! I couldn't give an excellent because of the last two times I came there; the 1st time maybe 3 yrs ago, the man who waited on me was horrible, and the I couldn't give an excellent because of the last two times I came there; the 1st time maybe 3 yrs ago, the man who waited on me was horrible, and the 2nd time because I was charged way, way too much for a 2007 Prius. That too much money is still affecting me finances even now. I hae been coming to this Toyota place for the last 9 years and was very happy with the people and the services, so I was very surprised at the two times above. HOWEVER, once again I love this Toyota place. I came in about 2 wks ago not really thinking to buy a newer car (I than had a 2014 Corolla from somewhere else), but the man who helped me was very nice and friendly. I explained about my previous trips there and told him I doubted I could buy a newer car because of all the extra $ I paid out for the 2007 years ago. Of course, he suggested we check it all out. I told him that I would only think about a newer Prius and that's what he found. I didn't believe for a minute that he could come up with a finance plan I could afford, but he actually did. I'm probably making payments longer than I owed on the 2014 corolla, but I figure at my age, it doesn't matter or I'll change it again in two years. LOL I can't remember the employee's name, but he had grey hair. He never became condescending because I am a woman nor my age. He was patient, and treated me with respect throughout the whole meeting. I feel that the Toyota on I25 was back to being the best place to buy a car again. More
