In My Opinion, Selling Vehicles with Known Defect(s) My wife and I have purchased 4 NEW Toyotas from Larry H. Miller Toyota within the past 8 years. We purchased them from Sandra Dickson using the COSTCO My wife and I have purchased 4 NEW Toyotas from Larry H. Miller Toyota within the past 8 years. We purchased them from Sandra Dickson using the COSTCO Auto Purchasing Program. Our most recent purchase, a 2016 Toyota RAV has been a headache since the month we bought it. The differential and/or transmission has had a whistle/whine sound when we take out foot off the accelerator. The problem has been acknowledged by Toyota Regional in Denver and LHM here in Albuquerque. They said they don't know how to fix the noise, but Toyota (National) is "looking into the problem". A Google search comes up with a LOT of RAV owners across the country with the same problem for years that Toyota apparently can't, or won't repair. ------ LHMiller Toyota is ignoring my letters to them, sent USPS Priority Mail/Signature. I will again be contacting Toyota National & COSTCO headquarters to report LHMiller's poor customer service and what I believe to be their continued selling of a vehicle with a known defect in some of their RAVs. More

It was a soft sell, no pressure; he took me around to the new and the certified used Toyotas on the lot and I found the car I wanted. The financing part was painless and I got several discounts which were extremely helpful. More

He is always pleasant and professional upon arrival at the dealership and throughout the visit. He always makes sure any issues are addressed and available options for service are presented. This last visit he had the service techs install some wiper blades that I had purchased elsewhere on my vehicle as a courtesy to me. He didn’t have to make that happen but it was much appreciated. Bad experience I have been lied to, I have had to repeatedly bring my vehicle back because of bad work. I was told that I needed a heating/air conditioning fan at a cost of $350. I took my vehicle to a mechanic who fixed it for $95.00 including parts and labor. I have had my vehicle serviced with wrong oil. I have on several occasions had my tires rotated when I asked not to rotate them. I have spoke with the Service Manager several times and the bad service continued More

Once it was clear that we were seriously considering one of two or three vehicles, he approached us. He was very polite and respectful, and eager to help us without being pushy. He made it clear that he was there to help us make an informed decision but that the decision was completely up to us. Once Clay Schroff got involved, things went from really good to really great. We told him what we wanted and what we could afford and he used his years of experience to make it happen. There was no fast talk, no pressure, and none of the ambiguous secret language we have encountered before. We received a very fair price for our trade-in and drove away with the knowledge that we had done well. Chris Peterson completed our final signing in time for us to pick our son up from school too. From start to finish, the entire deal was plumb, square and level. And it all started with Estevan. Give that man a raise! More
