Cocky and Disrespectful Sales manager Never been so Disrespected when looking at used vehicles! Took a USED TRD Pro 4 runner on a test drive. Came back and the sales manager greeted me and Never been so Disrespected when looking at used vehicles! Took a USED TRD Pro 4 runner on a test drive. Came back and the sales manager greeted me and was throwing around ridiculous numbers while in the parking lot. Even the salesman apologized for it and said we could work with someone else. I wasn't 100% sold on a used vehicle so told the salesman that I was going to take my wife to lunch and discuss. Since my wife would be the primary driver the salesman handed her the keys and said she should drive it so while we were at lunch we could discuss if she liked how it drove. As we loaded up for her to drive the sales manager came back out and this time stopped my wife from driving, insulted me and stated that typically they don't let people test drive the TRD Pro models because they are "so rare". Again this is a used vehicle with 14k miles! Anytime you have to add "no disrespect but..." to a sentence you are knowingly disrespecting someone and trying to get away with it. We promptly got out of the vehicle and left. Never to return and I will definitely tell everyone I know how bad my experience was. It's not a Porsche or Lamborghini... it's a freaking Used Toyota! No worries though, I was able to find another TRD Pro for sale in Santa Fe, going to take a look tomorrow. They also said I could test drive it as long as needed to make my decision or they would help me order a brand new one if that is what I wanted! More
