Expensive Every time I go in for a routine oil change they come out with a suggestion of other items they recommend that need to be replaced or serviced. Their Every time I go in for a routine oil change they come out with a suggestion of other items they recommend that need to be replaced or serviced. Their prices are through the roof. I feel like it’s a scam. I’ve also found that they will say they rotated the tires only to find the marks I left on the tires in the same place. I’ve also found residual oil in my driveway after an oil change only to find a mess at the drain plug which I was able to snug up a little more. They also have recently found a leaky transmission seal and leaking seal in the rack and pinion. This leaves me with very little confidence in the reliability of a Toyota since this vehicle only has 90k and in my opinion has been driven and maintained very well. Getting a second and third opinion and quote on the leaks. Getting them repaired and selling this Toyota never to come back. Tired of the extremely high prices, low quality work and low reliability of this vehicle and the other Toyota we owned. More
