Major Mistakes. "New" car with broken features. There are too many negative things to say about our experience to name them all but here are the major ones- 1) Signed paperwork for 1 car and reciev There are too many negative things to say about our experience to name them all but here are the major ones- 1) Signed paperwork for 1 car and recieved another. Had to redo all the paperwork! *they did replace our tacoma windshield to make up for wasting our time but our Tacoma was totaled weeks later on our way to the dealership to deal with them in person because my husband was completely ignored for 2 days. They also begged us to give them a 5 star review which is strange. You dont need to beg, you need to earn it! 2) HUGE lack of communication. We had no idea when things were happening, who our loan was through, and no one told us when the lenders denied us!!!! Zero transperancy!!! 3) our new car arrived with a broken smart home system. We had the sales guy come who just wasted my time. They sent tech guys who just told me its broken and said they would come the next day but DIDNT come! I had to call and make sure they got their act together and fixed my broken new car. The day after I called and had to replace the whole system. 4) SO disappointed. Small things like asking what license plate style I wanted and then giving me the opposite is so frustrating! If I could I would return the car and get the exact one at the other dealership in Abq. More
