Thought i would give them a Second chance went in to purchase a 2018 highlander to replace my 2013 fully loaded Dodge Durango with 30,000 miles again they tried to low ball my trade in and didn't want to work anything out price of the advertised vehicle shot up to full retail guess i have to go to an out of town Toyota dealer. to get what i want at a reasonable price. over all i have purchased 3 vehicles from Larry H miller dealerships and have always been shafted one way or another. think they would care about repeat customers but they don't oh by the way i don't have a poor credit score so talking my business to another dealership doesn't matter just wish they had a Toyota dealership here in town not owned or run by Larry H miller. and cared about their customers. More
Accommodating Last week our Sienna would not start so, we were stuck in a parking lot after shopping. Got the van jumped and started and headed for Toyota Service. Last week our Sienna would not start so, we were stuck in a parking lot after shopping. Got the van jumped and started and headed for Toyota Service. Although it was late we were set up with a loaner and the Sienna was squeezed into the following days schedule. The van needed a battery(which was on sale) so all worked out well. Hiram was GREAT!!! I buy a new car every four years and this was the best experience at a dealership ever. Visual battery inspection revealed no corrosion problems. Ordered/changed engine/cabin air filers. Both appeared okay. Engine air filter forward clip not fastened by Larry Miller service technician. Used Harbor Freight right angle pry bar to attach front clip. More

Purchased new Tacoma TRD Pro Sales Specialist Brandon Ortiz and Sales Floor Manager Clay Schroff were great to work with. Brandon really knows the Tacoma product line and in spite Sales Specialist Brandon Ortiz and Sales Floor Manager Clay Schroff were great to work with. Brandon really knows the Tacoma product line and in spite of my toughest questions, I couldn’t stump him. If you’re looking to buy a Tacoma or just want to learn more about its features and capabilities, he’s the guy. Clay was just as good and together have responded to every question/concern I have had since purchase. This is in STARK contrast to Clay’s counterpart Hiram Herrera, Clay’s counterpart. Stay away from him. Rude, arrogant and offensive. This is the third new vehicle I purchased at American and it’s safe to say Clay and Brandon repaired American Toyota’s reputation with me. I recommend American, Clay and Brandon if you’re in the market. More
