John is very flexible, Trustworthy and easy to work with I made a phone call to see if we can trade in our 2017 RAV since it is not AWD. John was the sales specialist that my call was transferred to. Unfortunate That They Don't Want To Keep Customers My wife and I have leased three Toyotas/Scions from this dealership over the past 4 years and have always loved the vehicles. First three vehicles wer My wife and I have leased three Toyotas/Scions from this dealership over the past 4 years and have always loved the vehicles. First three vehicles were a relatively painless experience and we worked with Alan Le on those three cars (Scion xB and two RAV4s) and got what we considered reasonable deals. The past year however since Alan was promoted we have worked with other sales team members and NONE have been willing to work with us and have straight lied to us. Most recent experience was on 12/28/18 when we went in after receiving quite a few ads from Toyota and the dealership asking us to trade in our 2016 RAV4 for a new vehicle because the lease was going to be ending in June 2019. We figured the holidays would be a good time to shop and wanted to give Toyota the first opportunity to keep us. We also loved our RAV4 and wanted to look at getting into another or possibly a C-HR as our needs have changed a bit. Alan came and said hi and made it sound like getting us into something wouldn't be an issue. He handed us off to his floor manager and the salesman neither of whom I remember their names. The experience with the salesman was decent, but when we got to reviewing offers, the floor manager would not work with us, and insisted the best offer they could come up with was for a Corolla and that would be $40 over our max budget. I asked if they had any lease specials on the RAV4 and he said no, yet Toyota's website specified they do. I asked about 2018 RAV4s that maybe we could just switch into. Again, he said that he didn't have any on the lot yet on American Toyota's website they have one sitting on their lot right now.(stock number 352779) and again Toyota's website says they have a special for a lease on this vehicle. It became evident that we were lied to, our willingness to be loyal to Toyota was not appreciated or even wanted despite all the "I hate telling you this" or "I wish I could", and that a deal would not be reached with this manager. He also tried to tell us that the market is not lease friendly and that we need to reconsider how we buy cars. Final straw. Well, I am pleased to say that we went to Rich Ford the next day and they bought us out of our lease, gave us a deal for a 2018 Ford Escape (higher rated by the way on US News reports), and our payment is LOWER than it was before despite the MSRP on the 2016 RAV and the 2018 Escape being roughly the same. It's a shame as we truly did like Toyota and would have been more than willing to stay with the company for years to come, but it seems our business is no longer wanted. More

On a very cold and windy day David was ready to help me get that RAV4 I thought we wanted. Test drive was good and David explained the features but I was smaller than what we wanted for grandkids car seat. The next size up was Highlander. Took a test drive and again was great about explaining the features. He got us the True Car info and then we worked with the USAA pricing. David was great, helpful and patient. But the thing that amazed me most was that David delivered the car to my house because trying to pick it up after dropping a rental car was logistical problem. We've bought cars from other dealers, but none were ever this helpful and kind. ps: I love this Highlander More
My first Toyota experience I have been a lifetime Ford man but they have let me down on my last two vehicles. Finally the Expedition broke down on a trip in Albuquerque New Mexico. We went into the Toyota dealership and John Brummet, our salesman, was 5 star excellent. He was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our situation and gave us lots of options. Hiram was training so would have preferred that paperwork process to go a little faster/smoother. He was nice and I know we all have to start somewhere. More

He answered all of our questions but understood that it was the first vehicle we had looked at and wanted to We test drove the Highlander with Miguel. He answered all of our questions but understood that it was the first vehicle we had looked at and wanted to shop around before we committed. He gave us all the information we needed and did not harass us over the next few weeks while we test drove other cars from different dealerships (by the way all the other dealerships did). Once we decided that the Highlander was the one we wanted I found the one I liked online, called Miguel to let him know, and he had it ready for my husband and I at the dealership that afternoon. He was extremely friendly and professional and we plan on going back to Miguel in the future when it is time to purchase our sons car. Thank you! More
