Finance with Brandon was smooth. Brittany in Customer Relations did an exceptional job with the post sales follow up. This is where most dealerships drop the ball. I was going to purchase from Lexus or Audi except a friend kept insisting I give American Toyota a chance. My only disappointment which is probably not in their control is that I believe the person that referred me to them never received a referral fee (bird dog) which is common in the business. Otherwise, they all did a great job and I highly recommend putting American Toyota on Alameda on the top of your list. I look forward to getting to know the rest of the staff as my business relationship with the dealership matures. A+ score. They truly go out of their way to earn your business. From keeping you updated with calls if you are not there , to welcoming you with open arms. They are willing to work with you in any way possible. This is the true definition of Great service. If a vehicle is taking longer than expected, they don't hesitate to make you happy and give you one of their loaner cars. No questioned asked as long as you have full auto insurance (of course). They don't fight with you when issues are under warranty, ( Unlike nightmare company power ford on Montano has done to our family). We absolutely love Toyota here in Albuquerque and all the wonderful staff! More

Unimpressed with service after I purchased The dealership was lax in mailing my information so I could register the vehicle myself. The title packet arrived one day after my temp tag expired. I had to make 3 phone calls to the dealership. to get a temp tag extension. Annoying. When I did register the vehicle, I was required to pay a late fee because I registered it more than 30 days after my purchase. Forcing me to pay a late fee is ludicrous because it was THE DEALER'S FAULT. Get your act together. Send materials to your customers promptly. And finally - the serious arm twisting that occurs from the sales manager about giving your dealership and employees great reviews. I give great reviews when I receive great service. Period. More

They were fantastic in providing the duration of the warranty including no charge oil changes. I work and live nearby. It doesn't get much more convenient than hoping in the shuttle after a quick coffee, some fruit or a fountain soda. I was home within 20 minutes of dropping off my vehicle. Ray also picked me when my vehicle was ready to go. He was here within 10 minutes of my calling him for a lift back. You guys have it down to a science. More

2 hour oil change with appointment We have the the Toyota Care which is a great perk to buying a Toyota but it seems it may mean you are not prioritized for service. We made an appointm We have the the Toyota Care which is a great perk to buying a Toyota but it seems it may mean you are not prioritized for service. We made an appointment for an oil change. Well what takes 15 min at jiffy lube took 2 hours. This was really distressing with a 5 month old baby. It would have been nice to know that when scheduling an appointment it would take 2 hours, we would not have taken baby or scheduled for that time. More
