Then, when ready to go, you transfer belongings from your old vehicle into the new one, and pick up your car in that same bay area, out of the hot sun. Such a nice amenity - I've never seen another car dealership that was set up that way. More

Maintenance appointment I was told the service would be about an hour. I said I would wait even after they asked for a phone number. I didn't have my phone with me. After 1 1/2 hour I asked about my car and was told they tried to call me earlier! They then said many costly items were recommended which included a brake flush, I just had my brakes done a month earlier! Then was told the recommendations were based on mileage not inspections!
