Oil service/Recall services Waited for three hours for my vehicle to be serviced in July only to find it was completed an hour and a half earlier. Nobody made a courtesy call to inform me my vehicle was ready and then waited forever to be assisted. Also can never get an appointment for an oil change. Have been trying to get in the past 6 months. Just called again and still no openings. I live 150 miles away so it’s not like I can just walk in anytime of the week. Wish you didn’t change to “by appointment only”’, I have to go elsewhere for service and if I do get lucky and get an appointment the wait time is longer. More
