Helpful sales staff Our sales person Miguel, was very helpful and did not put pressure on us to buy. He let us take our time and look at all the trucks on the lot. After we made the decision to purchase, it took a little longer that I would have liked to complete the paperwork but they sent me home in my new vehicle that evening. Our only disappointment was after agreeing to a deal with the “Fleet Mgr” we were told it was disapproved by the sales manager. We were then in the awkward position of either walking out or agreeing to a new deal at a slightly higher price. We ultimately agreed to the higher price but it did mar an otherwise pleasant experience. More
