Upon driving the vehicle off the lot, I realized there were issues with the radio in that I could not adjust the volume. A week later the low battery alert popped up, and not long after that the check engine light. I brought it in for service to fix the issues and was told that I’d need to bring it back. Initially I was happy that they would fix this with no added cost. It took almost a month for the service team to contact me and let me know that a rental was ready for me. Upon initial inspection of the rental vehicle everything seemed to be in order. When I got home, my husband noticed scratches on the front bumper on both sides. I had the rental vehicle for 19 days and drove it only a handful of times. In total I used about 6 gallons of gas or just over a quarter tank. When I brought the vehicle back, their team told me that I was responsible for the “damages” on the vehicle and that I must have hit the curb on both sides. They then requested that I either pay out of pocket for the damages or put in a claim with my insurance. I know for a fact that these damages were not made by me, and was advised by insurance and legal team to request additional history on the vehicle. I still have yet to hear from management or the point of contact referenced in paperwork for the rental agreement. Also, when I received the keys for the vehicle that was in the shop, nobody told me where it was parked so I had to scour the parking lot to find it. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in my life. I would not recommend to anyone. More
Recently brought car in for oil change covered under warranty. We saw that the service team brought car out but did not call us so we asked if our car was ready. They looked up car and said no, must h warranty. We saw that the service team brought car out but did not call us so we asked if our car was ready. They looked up car and said no, must have been another car. An additional hour went by before they called us and…. Guess what, it was our car! Second thing, the oil started leaking almost immediately after returning home. My husband took a look nd they had cut a washer in half to try to fit instead of using appropriate sized washer. He had to replace washer and refill washer himself. How can we ever trust this servíce department again?!!! More
Today as a customer waiting for my car to be serviced, I witnessed the most awful treatment of an employee with one of the managers screaming so much profanity and saying "get the f*** off the property" rep witnessed the most awful treatment of an employee with one of the managers screaming so much profanity and saying "get the f*** off the property" repeatedly at a young man which seemed to be totally compliant with everything they were telling him. I heard the employee get understandingly upset and tell the manager "stop acting tough" and proceeded to walk away" The manager was following him and was yelling so loud I'm sure the whole building heard what was happening, and he told the employee "what are you going to do about it" and made fighting gestures. Regardless of what that employee did, the manager shouldn't have blown up at him screaming profanity and using theatening gestures, especially in front of customers and children waiting in the service area. If I were that employee, i would call an attorney immediately if he's still working there. The whole situation was very unsettling and extremely unprofessional, I expect more from a company like Larry h Miller. I will definitely not be back here for any service with my family as long as they employ disrespectful management like this. I hope the corporate office sees this and takes action. I went to the website to find the managers information. His name is Philip (Phil) Saunders More
This comment is regarding the last mark Watson comment about the aggressiveness of one of the managers here, "phil." What I saw was absolutely true and honestly it was very horrifying to imagine what was about the aggressiveness of one of the managers here, "phil." What I saw was absolutely true and honestly it was very horrifying to imagine what was happening to that employee. I can only imagine what they'd do to me since they responded to my comment with a threat of "legal action" the next morning. Obviously something very serious happened that day because they responded to my comment immediately after posting. All I want want to say is if you decide to go to this dealer be very attentive with who you're taking to because after that whole scenario I'm very concerned about the screening process for employees, especially management. On 9/24/24, I visited Larry H. Miller American Toyota to look at a 2017 Lexus Rx350. After the test drive, I was prepared to discuss the price. The salesperson Eddie assumed I was Miller American Toyota to look at a 2017 Lexus Rx350. After the test drive, I was prepared to discuss the price. The salesperson Eddie assumed I was willing to pay the listed price and began gathering my information to run a credit check. I explained that I wasn't looking to pay the listed price and Eddie, then stated he works for me and inquired about my offer price. After a brief discussion with someone, Eddie came back and stated that they would prefer to show me something within my price range. I was surprised by this because my offer was based on thorough research and not on my budget constraints. I had done my homework and found that the vehicle was overpriced by thousands. The only counteroffer I received was a $500 reduction, with the explanation that the dealership had invested a significant amount in the vehicle and had paid more than my offer price. In my experience, I have always found dealerships willing to negotiate, but it seems that this dealership may have a different approach. It appears that they are doing well without needing to negotiate their inflated prices. If you plan to negotiate, be prepared for potential disappointment due to their pricing strategy. More
The sales managers were the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in my life. When I questioned how the deposit worked they said they did not want my money. Before you buy a Toyota, you need to investigate whether "Toyota is releasing parts" for your make and model." Otherwise, you will be buying a very expensive lawn ornament. My 2022 Toyota Tacoma has been at "Toyota is releasing parts" for your make and model." Otherwise, you will be buying a very expensive lawn ornament. My 2022 Toyota Tacoma has been at the collision shop for 3 months awaiting parts for a minor (cosmetic) fender bender. The truck was drivable when we brought it in, but the collision shop took it apart, anticipating that the parts would arrive soon thereafter. Here we are, nearly 3 months later with NO truck and NO date for when repairs will be completed because "Toyota is NOT releasing parts." We are not going to take it anymore! Squeak. squeak. More

Wheel covers were finally found and put on the vehicle. It is now 6:45 pm. In their hast, the sticker for the next oil change was not put on the windshield. I take this and the length of time for shoddy and slow service as a sign that my future business is not wanted at this dealership! Customer satisfaction was not a priority! More
