We purchased a Focus from Future Ford Roseville in January and would have gone back there. Everyone at Geweke was relaxed and helpfull especially Bill Weeks. Tony Vanover in Finance was also pleasant and helpful. We are retired and drive about 5,000 miles each year on our cars and so the extended warranty and pre-paid 100,000 mile service does not make sense for us. This was a very low pressure enjoyable experience. More

They are friendly....but that does not make up for the EXORBITANT prices! $470 to replace passenger side mirror. $206 to replace analog interior clock. $126 for a brake pressure transducer switch replacem EXORBITANT prices! $470 to replace passenger side mirror. $206 to replace analog interior clock. $126 for a brake pressure transducer switch replacement, and $757 for instrument panel replacement...This is a joke, of course I did not allow them to make any of those repairs. Looks like I'll never go back again! Oh and I forgot, the 90K mile service which is really an oil change along with a fuel filter change was over $500!!! I can't believe I was dumb enough to pay that; that is the saddest part. More
