First off 2 1/2 stars does not do the justice for this place. HORRIBLE experience! One word I could use to describe this place would be THIEFS. They sell vehicles with issues, then. In October 2018, my wife and I bought a Certified used car, a Ford Edge Sport. We loved it, Had everything we were looking for and more. We Were reall In October 2018, my wife and I bought a Certified used car, a Ford Edge Sport. We loved it, Had everything we were looking for and more. We Were really happy. One evening went out to the car, it wouldn’t start, dead battery. The lift gate closed on my wife. We called after I charged the battery. After that we noticed that the lane departure sensors were going crazy, going off on everything. Then the lift gate closed on my wife again, then the battery died again, keyfob batteries died also. We called Ford, they sent some hokey guy to jump our nice car. All this and then my son was driving the car, and it died while driving. Certainly there is something wrong. We took the car back. We had not owned the car for two months yet either. We tell the sales manager this, and he says, “we will take care of you.” The first lie. Next Bret Geweke come onto the scene. He offers to buy our car back for $7000.00 less than we paid for it. What a tool. I said,” you must have known something was wrong with the car, why didn’t you drive it before the appraisal.” The second lie, I showed you the car fax report. No he didn’t. Then this guy Bret Geweke, made my wife cry. I was so angry, we left. We called the service department next and explained everything. What a joke they are. My mechanic for my Ford truck fixes everything the first time never go back for the same thing. Not this. Our car was in the Ford shop 45 days, on five different occasions. Did they fix it? The lift gate, simple, yes they fixed it. The sensors going off. NO. Alsp their communication is terrible. We had to call them for updates. Bret even told me among all the lies, give me one more chance. I did, and three more after that. Did anything come out of this tools pocket no. He used our Warrenty. Parts they said they replaced, when we read the service report, guess what, they were not replaced. This goes to show that the owners and what they stand for are worthless. Trying to pull one over their customers. My wife ended up calling Ford corporate, as the car could not be fixed like good ole Bret said. Ford gave us most of our money back. I will never set foot in Geweke Ford again. I’ll drive to Sacramento or Gridley. I’ll never buy a ford car again either. I’ll stick to trucks. I’m just afraid Bret will repair the car the way it should have been the first time, and xxxx someone else, because the will not know what to do. Beware of Geweke Ford. More

Rather Confused Service Dept We own a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid (not purchased@ Geweke). Love this vehicle until 18,000 miles .. dead 12v battery. Geweke Service could NOT find prob We own a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid (not purchased@ Geweke). Love this vehicle until 18,000 miles .. dead 12v battery. Geweke Service could NOT find problem of battery going Dead. We received vehicle back with door ding on drivers door. Patrick in service said "no problem to fix, have Andy from Dent Pro go to our house and repair." Now different story...from Service. "Their checking with management about door issue." Besides not able to fix battery issue we received a FREE dent in the door ?? Don't purchase a Ford product or use this service department. Always DRAMA going on and no responsibility by management or employees of Service Dept. Sales department have Awesome, caring employees. Buyer beware. Service customer beware. Update 7-12-18 "Patrick called me this morning after week of no calls, supposed to have (ding) fixed on Fusion"..will update with more DRAMA from Geweke Service More
You'll be fired as a customer We purchased our 2016 Ford Fiesta we had a fair experience with the sales department but now the service department that's a whole another story servi We purchased our 2016 Ford Fiesta we had a fair experience with the sales department but now the service department that's a whole another story service department ruins the whole dealership do not go to this dealership service department does not care about keeping customers and will fire you as a customer as we were told by Patrick who on the day of a scheduled oil change told us to not come in they cancelled our appointment and to never come back again all based on the fact that we left them bad reviews on things that the service department had done wrong previously with our vehicles including leaving our vehicle with emergency lights on for 2 days until the battery died when we picked it up and calling us to telling us our vehicle is ready for pickup but next day when we came to pickup are car they couldn't find the car or keys and the vehicle wasn't washed as promised Patrick the assistant manager and Scott the manager do not know how to treat customers vehicles and give proper service I would stay away from this dealership I've never heard a dealership say to a customer you were fired as a customer and to tell you to never come back we have filed a complaint with a Ford and we will be contacting our attorney this dealership does not deserve to have people's businesses all we ever wanted was our vehicles properly service with no problems and they couldn't even meet that simple standard and we will not give up until we are satisfied with the remedy More
