I  buy mutiple cars from you and one had some issues. I was offerd half of what i payed for the vehical 6 months ago. I has told it has a bad motor. I was very please with the service. Showed up at the dealership before it was open, and Jesse Aguilar went the extra mile to make sure I was being helped. Arrived on time for 9am LOF appointment for my motorhome. It's 10 am and they haven't even started on it yet!!!! I had to run around to find a service rep to check me in. The one they pointed me to was on the phone for 5 mins without acknowledging me. It's a travel day for me and I need to get to the next campground and get set up before storm sets in. They estimated 1 h 1/2 hrs to do the work. I should be leaving at 10:30!!! Will be lucky to be on the road by noon!!! UNACCEPTABLE! I will not come back here.... They STILL haven't. Started on it after all this time I'm posting this message .. with one finger! More
