We've had our vehicles in there more times than we can count. When you continue to voice concens the service manager is VERY condescending. (I thought it was just me since I am a woman, but the same guy did it to my husband!) He had a problem with his AC 3 mos ago ( truck is a 2014). They "fixed" it. Back in today with the same problem and now they are charging us for repairs since it's no longer under warranty. Well, hope it was worth it. Dishonest and deliberately sold me a car with a mech. issue You need to watch out with the service department at this dealer. In Feb of 2014 I bought a used Ford Fusion from them and had to take it back two weeks later for a bad axle seal. The car had a 30 day warranty so they covered the repair. Now here it is one year later and guess what. The seal is bad again. I took the car to a local shop and they found that the bushing that goes around the axle was going bad and had been for a long time. This was causing movement in the bushing and axle which actually damaged the seal and caused it to fail from the inside. They said that the dealer replaced the seal but didn't actually fix the problem and that it was going to happen again. In fact by my not knowing that the bushing was bad I now have to have the axle replaced along with the bushing and the seal. So you see what they did to me. By not fixing it when they should have they are now actually the cause of my having to spend hundreds of $$$ more. I get it. They sold me a used car (and a Ford to boot) and weren't making tons of money off of me but they knowingly sent me on my way with a known issue with the car. I recommend that no one use this dealer. If it were a small thing I wouldn't be so upset with them but my local shop is still working on seeing if letting this issue go has damaged the transmission. Unfortunately what seems like a decent small town dealer lives up to all the bad hype that a typical "xxxxxxx" dealer is supposed to be. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. Oh, and this will be my last Ford. I have to mention that when I bought the car they only had one key. Chuck Halcomb told me he check into another key but I never heard from him after the sale. He never responded to my email asking about it. That's really professional service. These guys are nice on the surface but they will take advantage of you if a deal goes against them. More
I came in to buy a used vehicle. The exterior of the building looked nice, but the interior was filthy. The price online was the price that was honored when I came in. Jeff was completely off putting, and I'm pretty sure he had tobacco dip in while we were talking. Disgusting. Again, the price of the car was excellent, but I now realize why it was so. They must have shortcutted everything when it went through the shop. There were minor, but expensive, fixes around the ENTIRE vehicle. When I called to have them take care of it, it was included in their 30 day warranty(Powertrain only). I should have been more aware at the time but the price caught my eye. Their finance guy Brian was very helpful and probably the best part of the dealership. I will never go back here and recommend that NOBODY does either. More
What a great place to buy a car I delt with howdy as a sales person and he explained they are one price. I went in hoping for a better price but I also seen the price on the car was the best around. My newer us Malibu was just as new as it could be and I got thousands off if I would have bought new. I had a few bumps in the road with my credit and that is when I met Brian he rushed nothing he took the time to come out meet me find my wants and explained how the financing works I was not sure what to expect with my rate but he kept me informed the entire time I was very nervous I would not be able to buy a car but howdy told me Brian was very good at what he does. Brian was very professional with me easing my anxiety they whole time and made me feel like I was a good person. My problems were because of some family medical and he worked right past that. Never thought I would spend money on a warranty but after he shows you the cost of repairs you start realizing it might be a good. Idea I went a little over my budget but I got the car I wanted a great sales person and a loan with the personalization that not even the best of banks could provide. It was the first time I ever heard a salesman say, "I don't want to sell you something you're not comfortable with". We bought a 2011 Chevy HHR with 16,000 miles on it for only $12,950! $2,000 below book value, and no haggling necessary. That was the sticker price. It's nice to buy a car and not have to go back and forth (sometimes walk out of the dealership) to get to "their" bottom line price. Highly recommended! More
