LOOK Out Bait and Switch employed I'd been working a deal with Adam for a couple weeks. We had it hammered out to a certain price. Before leaving to go to the dealership, I specificall I'd been working a deal with Adam for a couple weeks. We had it hammered out to a certain price. Before leaving to go to the dealership, I specifically asked him if indeed the quoted price was exactly what he was selling a car to me for. He assured me it was. I specifically reiterated to not fool me by making me come all the way to Rittman (I don't live close) only to jack the price up. He assured me he wouldn't do that. He let me take a test drive but beforehand, I asked AGAIN if the price was going to be what he quoted. He assured me AGAIN that it was and so I took the test drive. When I got back, he hit me with, "I made a mistake". It would be $1000 more than he put in writing through email to me. I guess psychologically he was hoping I'd fall in love with the car and just have to have it, regardless of the price hike. Since it was his mistake, he should've offered some way to make it right. But he didn't, other than apologize over and over that it was his mistake. He also said they weren't making any money on the deal! Adam, we both made a mistake today. Your mistake was giving me a bad price, and mine was for believing you and coming to your dealership! I should've known something was off when he asked if we'd like something to drink, coffee or water, and we chose water, whereby instead of 2 bottles of water, he comes back carrying 2 small styrofoam cups of warm water!! LOL 😂 More
Happy so far. We bought an 09 GMC Sierra from salesman Dan. The day we drove it home, the fuel pump went out. Laria put in a new one, no questions asked. They wash it every visit and the service lady we work with is great. Mgr. Nic is OUTSTANDING. he always shakes my hand and makes my Wife feel very comfortable. Quality control man Johnny Riffle is an outstanding body and detail man. Our truck was immaculate when we purchased it and I have heard from other customers the same. The carpet still had dimples in it from the factory mats with the non-skid bottoms. She asked for a set of factory floor mats to replace the ones that had recently been taken and was promised a set from management. Then "Dave" got involved and offered her a set of cheap J.C.Whitney floor mats with a "take it or leave it" attitude. They lied to us and stole our hard earned money. Car dealership? We've had our vehicles in there more times than we can count. When you continue to voice concens the service manager is VERY condescending. (I thought it was just me since I am a woman, but the same guy did it to my husband!) He had a problem with his AC 3 mos ago ( truck is a 2014). They "fixed" it. Back in today with the same problem and now they are charging us for repairs since it's no longer under warranty. Well, hope it was worth it. I live in an adjacent town and we all know word spreads fast in a small town... More

Dishonest and deliberately sold me a car with a mech. issue You need to watch out with the service department at this dealer. The problem is they could be charging you for things and how are you to know what's right and what isn't. I'll never use them again and this is why. In Feb of 2014 I bought a used Ford Fusion from them and had to take it back two weeks later for a bad axle seal. The car had a 30 day warranty so they covered the repair. Now here it is one year later and guess what. The seal is bad again. I took the car to a local shop and they found that the bushing that goes around the axle was going bad and had been for a long time. This was causing movement in the bushing and axle which actually damaged the seal and caused it to fail from the inside. They said that the dealer replaced the seal but didn't actually fix the problem and that it was going to happen again. In fact by my not knowing that the bushing was bad I now have to have the axle replaced along with the bushing and the seal. So you see what they did to me. By not fixing it when they should have they are now actually the cause of my having to spend hundreds of $$$ more. I get it. They sold me a used car (and a Ford to boot) and weren't making tons of money off of me but they knowingly sent me on my way with a known issue with the car. I recommend that no one use this dealer. If it were a small thing I wouldn't be so upset with them but my local shop is still working on seeing if letting this issue go has damaged the transmission. Unfortunately what seems like a decent small town dealer lives up to all the bad hype that a typical "xxxxxxx" dealer is supposed to be. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. Oh, and this will be my last Ford. I have to mention that when I bought the car they only had one key. Chuck Halcomb told me he check into another key but I never heard from him after the sale. He never responded to my email asking about it. That's really professional service. These guys are nice on the surface but they will take advantage of you if a deal goes against them. More
