We are sorry for any inconvenience. If the sales department takes a refundable deposit from a customer “in person” it is our practice that the customer brings in the receipt so that the office knows we are giving the refund to the proper customer. We apologize that when you arrived the check signers were not on site. We had the check signed within the hour and put it in the mail. We do apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
