I brought in my car ,2018 Chevy bolt, for noises I suspected were due to the steering. Turns out unfortunately I was right, the service department discovered the initial issue but uncovered more as th suspected were due to the steering. Turns out unfortunately I was right, the service department discovered the initial issue but uncovered more as they went. That was initially disappointing to say the least but they really, especially Eric, stepped up with honest appraisal of the situation and went above and beyond to both fix and aleve the sudden financial burden as much as possible. I am stunned at the level of service I received. Above and beyond is an understatement. More

As always, Laria is accommodating and efficient. They offer a comfortable environment and are very knowledgable. They are timley and complete the work when they say it will be done. Always professional, proficient and knowledgeable. I never feel taken advantage of by anyone. That’s important. They suck. Won't fix what they damage! Blame it on rust or sap. They placed the jacks on the rocker and not a frame which caused cracking in the paint and bubbl Won't fix what they damage! Blame it on rust or sap. They placed the jacks on the rocker and not a frame which caused cracking in the paint and bubbling. They blamed it on the rust. The cracks were not there before I took it in. Yet they refuse to do anything about the damage. If I could give them a negative number I would. More

Update: Dealer contacted me, and we worked out getting the catalytic converter fixed at no cost to me so I updated this to 4 stars. Bought a used car from this dealership. Car looked spotless and the the catalytic converter fixed at no cost to me so I updated this to 4 stars. Bought a used car from this dealership. Car looked spotless and the salesman seemed nice enough. I get home from the dealership to notice a headlight out and the back up camera out. I'll give them credit that they did fix both of these issues free of charge. However, the next day, while driving the engine light came on. It is a code for a catalytic converter and we live in a county with E-check. The part alone is at least $500. Dealership refused to fix it under their 30 day power train warranty as all that really covers is if the engine or transmission themselves completely fail. Did a little more troubleshooting on my own to find that the spark plugs were toast, the air filter was dirty to the point that I had to pull leaves out of it and the throttle body was disgusting causing the car to hesitate when accelerating. Luckily I'm mechanically inclined or I would have been looking at a steep repair bill right off the lot. If your going to buy a used car from these guys have a mechanic you trust thoroughly look over the vehicle as their inspections can't even find simple problems like back up cameras, headlights and basic maintenance. I asked the service dept. for records when they fixed the bulb and camera and was told they did not have any. Had to request them through the dealer website to find the only thing done to the car was back brakes, oil change and "24 pt inspection". Make sure you hook up an OBD reader and confirm the drive cycle is complete with no codes. I highly doubt the catalytic converter happened to go bad within 20 miles of driving. On a side note we looked at the vehicle on a Saturday, were ready to buy but because our bank that already pre-approved us was closed at the time of purchase we were made to either do a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until Monday or choose their financing option which was nearly 6% higher interest than our normal bank.
