James Le is THE BEST service writer I have ever had in more than 60 years of driving!! That's a LONG time!!! He is not only concerned to make certain my vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition, but more than 60 years of driving!! That's a LONG time!!! Polite, courteous, detailed in making sure I'm extremely happy with Largo service. The overall showroom/waiting area is well laid out and comfortable. Other staff are friendly and welcoming. I also want to compliment Kyrah on the phone (haven't met her yet in person) and Carlos in the Parts Dept. Very helpful in scheduling service appointments and finding the correct part for my vehicle which is 8+ years old. If I could give the dealership and James 10 stars I would!! More

I arrived to my service appointment 20 minutes early and saw they were busy. I was told that Melissa was my service rep and would be with me shortly. I was since asked by three service employees if I was saw they were busy. I was told that Melissa was my service rep and would be with me shortly.
