James is by far one of the top Service Reps,. , I've had the pleasure of working with. My other vehicles are Mercedes E Class and BMW X5, no other service reps.,.I've worked with has the moral co , I've had the pleasure of working with. No offense to current position, he should be considered for the Service Manger position, when and if it becomes available. As far as Largo, I'm a 30 year military combat retiree. Why did you stop the military discount for retirees? This set you guys apart from the other dealerships, who talk the talk but never walk the walk. Continuing this program would be showing a true appreciation for our service. I still will give Largo 5 stars, considering this maybe a Corporate matter and not Largo Honda. More
