I took my car for an oil change and while the car was in service, I thought someone would come outside and explain to me what, if any, additional services were needed. Instead, I received a text message wit service, I thought someone would come outside and explain to me what, if any, additional services were needed. Instead, I received a text message with a link asking me to add services with zero explanation. I would have appreciated if someone would have gone outside to me while I was waiting and explained to me the services that were showing up under that link. This Honda dealership location used to have more efficient employees but not anymore. More
