An oil change shouldn't take all day. I had registered with Melissa. I was told she wasn't there upon arrival at 8:40. Alex was the one who registered me, not Julio. If I didn't call at 3 I had registered with Melissa. I was told she wasn't there upon arrival at 8:40. Alex was the one who registered me, not Julio. If I didn't call at 3pm, my car would still be there. I asked the front desk to send my Uber and she refused saying Julio had to do it. Julio called about 15 minutes later saying they were waiting for a response to an email they sent, which I hadn't seen. This wouldn't happen with Melissa because she would've called to get my response instead of waiting for an email reply. More
