I have been waiting over 3 weeks to get a part fixed and there has been no follow up from the mechanics service staff. The staff at Largo are only interested in making sales and not the customers safety/ we there has been no follow up from the mechanics service staff. The staff at Largo are only interested in making sales and not the customers safety/ wellbeing. I had to personally call to check on my part multiple times. Then just tell its be told that the part was on back order and a possible ETA of sometime next month. There was a request to please expedite this request due to car safety and the noises it was making but no call back was received from a representative of the dealer. This is the worst customer service I have even had with a dealer and I beyond disappointed and dissatisfied of how Largo Honda treats their customers. I have also filed a complaint with Honda Corporate so they are aware of all the shortcomings as well. More
