He thoroughly explains everything and your car is ready as promised. He walks you through step by step of the process. He has a great personality and treats you like family. When I book an appointment, I check to see if Michael is a service advisor on the date and if he isn’t, I book an appointment for when he is available. Great asset to Largo Honda! More
