Honda I would like to begin with. I have been a long-standing customer of Honda for 22 years. I have yet to have an occasion where I have felt incorrectly treated. I have had no circumstances where I haven’t been able to trust the personnel at Honda. And up to this day, I have always been treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. But the service that I received on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 was exceptionally above and beyond. Melissa treated me like family from the moment she saw me at 7:00 in the morning. This day was especially cold and rainy, but Melissa was out in the sallyport, helping me get my vehicle ready for the service that was needed. Melissa followed through every step of the way, letting me know what was happening with my vehicle, and that was greatly appreciated. I was stranded at Honda after seeing that it would take so many hours for my service. Melissa facilitated an Uber driver to take me home and one to bring me back. The service gentleman who worked on my vehicle was pleasantly polite, and my vehicle has been running in excellent condition. I didn’t get his name, but I think it is Max. I thank him for his service and his attention to detail. Your staff has proven to be an asset to your company and one that should not be overlooked. I appreciate their dedication to me as a customer, and their sympathy for me as a human being. Honda has never let me down. That’s why I have been with you for 21 years. More
