Largo Honda - Service Center

I arrived to my service appointment 20 minutes early and saw they were busy. I was told that Melissa was my service rep and would be with me shortly. I was since asked by three service employees if I was saw they were busy. I was told that Melissa was my service rep and would be with me shortly. She explained what they would be doing for me, and when finished she reviewed what they did while keeping me informed during the wait. Waiting area was comfortable.
