I had to pay $120 just because I took off the battery cable and I know it was easy fix. I think it should’ve been a courtesy of Lago Honda to go ahead and take care of this issue that I had. Was very pleased with the communication with Honda personnel regarding my Honda service. My issues were addressed to my son as I requested and I was able to have my car back serviced and was very plea personnel regarding my Honda service.
