The staff is so friendly, the waiting area is so comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and they even have a snack bar. When you make an appointment, they are ready for you when you arrive. I know my car is being taken care of, and I know the price for service is fair....and honest. All the Service Advisors are wonderful, but my "go to" Service Advisor is ......Melissa Patrick, She is knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about the people. Every time I leave Largo Honda, I feel as if I've had a very nice experience....and it's all because of the people who are part of the LH Family. I thank you, and my car thanks you. Diana J. Great Service Dept. When the Key Largo Largo Honda closed I was very disappointed. However, you retained James as a service rep. He has always been honest and up front When the Key Largo Largo Honda closed I was very disappointed. However, you retained James as a service rep. He has always been honest and up front about the price, future problems/issues we may have, and how long it will take. In emergencies he always manages to squeeze us in and take care of us. Alain is also good -- he sold us our car, the 2015 CRV Touring, and has since transferred into Service.. The service technicians are very good too. Have never had to bring back a car because it wasn't fixed right. They troubleshoot it, fix it, and then drive it to be sure problem is fixed. One thing I would like to see though is more brochures on the current models of Honda's. Could not get the one on the Ridgeline or the Honda CRV for 2018. More

No hassles, great customer service Customer service team is always helpful. There is maybe a long line on Saturday, but oil change is done quickly. Pricing is always upfront, clear.
