Melissa always goes above and beyond to help me with all my service issues and needs. Recently came in for recalls, to troubleshoot a check engine light, purchase a full set of tires and a regular oil chan my service issues and needs. Recently came in for recalls, to troubleshoot a check engine light, purchase a full set of tires and a regular oil change and as difficult as all these were to handle together - she did an excellent job at keeping me updated all long the way.
