Been going to Largo Honda for over 7 years and this was the worst service I've had. It started fine but when I questioned the price for a car under warranty, everyones attitude changed. No one updated me the outcome of my service, my car was there from 10am to 4pm and immediately after I drove away the issue error came back. I took in my car for an oil change as well as to address 2 messages the car was giving me. SRS And charging system error. Melisa was my service rep and I formed me I would be charged 160 for the 2 warranty errors. I asked to speak with the manager and he would not charge. I left my car there at 9:45, I called at 1pm and again at 3pm for an update. Melisa said no one has forgotten about me and that her manager was taking care of the care because no one else would. Then Melisa called me at 4:15 that my car was ready. I picked up my car and there was no multipoint inspection done, nor could I locate the manager or Melissa for an update. The receipt paper I use I received only stated my request, did not give me the outcome of any inspection or if anything was done only the oil change. More
