Since I bought my car at another dealer, I always took my car to Largo Honda because I liked the service and customer service even knowing I was being overcharged. I thought their mechanics and technicians w car to Largo Honda because I liked the service and customer service even knowing I was being overcharged. I thought their mechanics and technicians working there were really good; I was wrong. Last month I took my Pilot because all the lights on the dashboard started to turn on. They told me it was the transmission and it was gonna be 10k! I went home driving at 20-30mph. I needed to make up my mind about it. I made my own research and got different quotes. All my solutions were expensive. Someone told me to disconnect the battery and I did. Since that day, I haven’t had anymore issues with my car. Why something so simple couldn’t get solved at this dealer? How come “the experts” couldn’t fix something so simple? Of course I’m extremely disappointed and unfortunately, not trusting “the experts” anymore. I won’t take my car for service any longer to their place and never recommend again. More
