My experience was upon arrival, another gentleman came out to the driveway and looked up my information. He informed me that my Service Manager should be out shortly. Shortly was (less) than a minute. I a out to the driveway and looked up my information. He informed me that my Service Manager should be out shortly. Shortly was (less) than a minute. I am impressed. No wait. These gentlemen were on point. Then Mr. Kassim introduced himself as the Service Manager and checked the mileage, took the vehicle photo and started writing down. He proceeded to his office and continued his paper work etc. Everything was done with professionalism. Great Set ice Manager. He speaks English. This is a 'PLUS'. Perfect English. I could understand him. Thank you. More
