The team there was phenomenal. They were courteous, caring, and respected my time! Had all my car needs taken care of, James was really helpful along with the service manager John who came out to help caring, and respected my time! Had all my car needs taken care of, James was really helpful along with the service manager John who came out to help me with some “starting” issues! He really knows his stuff!!! James provided great service the entire time. He kept me posted on my cars progress, and when I came back the same day for a different issue he did not hesitate to help. Thats when he partnered with John to truly deliver great service! Very hard to find people like those two. Thank you for all that you do. Worst service I have ever received!! I was ignored by the service advisors. I was advised that the service advisor that was assigned to me was out with COVID and I had to wait until someone else was availabl service advisors. I was advised that the service advisor that was assigned to me was out with COVID and I had to wait until someone else was available. I was told that they would wash my car and it was given back to me without being washed. When I got in my car it was running and there was a message that the key was not detected. The service advisor left the wrong key in my car. I had to go inside to get the correct key. Needless to say, I will not be back. I am very disappointed. I had to give one star. Wish I could leave no stars. More
