Waiting time terrible. Manager put a #4 in top of my car and he put #3 to another car it came after me. No apologize, no telling anyone to rhank you for waiting someone will be right with you. I asked the only person left from the old team when Largo Honda dealer was a pleasure to do any service or buy or recommend someone to buy there, and she apologized for the waiting time. A minute later, Benny came and gave me a specutacular service. My surprise was that after recommending and buying 3 cars they gave me 6 vouchers to do the oil change for free, are not longer valid. In top of everything, the prices went up , oil change 79.99 dollars and 8.00 dolar misc. line telling me that it is for throwing away the old oil. Seriously, my last time there, recommending to buy a car or buying again. You lost a loyal customer. By the way, we used to have a car wash after any service. We missed the old team and service. More

I woke up in the morning to take my daughter to school to find out that my car would not start. I ended up finding out it was the batter.and needed a new battery. So I called Melissa and without an appt, sh find out that my car would not start. I ended up finding out it was the batter.and needed a new battery.
