We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. We prioritize transparency in providing clients accurate wait times at time of write up so there are no surprises, we also accommodated you even when you didn't commit to your appointment time. Looking into all the time stamps of your appointment time, arrival time, and completion time we were able to complete your vehicles service under your original provided estimated wait time. The recommendation of the tires were provided for your safety based under Florida regulations perameters of when tires can or cannot be repaired. We currently have promotions in place that can assist with the cost to get this taken care of and offer financing on any service repairs. We thank you for being a Largo Honda customer and are sorry you didn’t feel that it was fast or inexpensive enough.
