I always have to wait even with an appointment. 15 minutes for the person assigned to me. Just to get started. Then when finished I wait again for the person assigned to me to pay after asking twic 15 minutes for the person assigned to me. Just to get started. This is my third vehicle from Largo Honda. I decided to do some comparison shopping with another dealer before purchasing my latest vehicle but it was a real waste of my time. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at largo Honda before. From the minute I dropped it off a week ago, until today at pick up it has been a nightmare. I brought my car in for a noise that it was maki before. From the minute I dropped it off a week ago, until today at pick up it has been a nightmare. I brought my car in for a noise that it was making, I was very clear when explaining to Carlos that my main concern was to get that taken care of. I told him I thought it was my CV joint, as I had done some research and spoken with a friend who’s had a similar issue. After waiting over an hour, just for them to take my car (although I had a scheduled appointment) I was told they would call me and let me know what services my car required. During that call, he assured me that a technician had discovered the noise was coming from one of my “shocks” which were faulty, and he recommended I change both shocks, to avoid the other one becoming faulty, and to be sure the noise would be taken care of. He also recommended 4 new tires, which I already knew were needed, and an alignment. I was told, in order for him to order the shocks, he needed me to come pay for them beforehand, which I also waited almost two hours to get a itomized bill and pay the part. During our conversations, the prices kept changing, promising us a 15 percent discount to then tell us the max discount was $150, although the total was over $3,000. The numbers never added up to what he would quote us. Finally I decided to just go ahead and pay the services. A week later, we called at 3pm to follow up on the car, and was told the car was ready for pick up. 2 hours later, at 5 pm, when we arrive, the car keys were nowhere to be found. We were told the technician never returned the keys, and his niece may have my car keys. An hour and a half later they found my keys. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, as I pull out, my car is still making the same exact noise that I was assured would be taken care of. One week without a car, and over $3000 later, I’m still left with the same issue I came with in the first place. From day one, everything has been false quotes and promises. I will be speaking with a manager tomorrow, to find out what will be done now to fix the issue at hand. More
