Everyone was so very helpful n accommodating! From start to finish! I parked in the wrong spot for service an immediately a gentleman came to greet me n direct me to where I needed to be, which was amazingl to finish! So thankful to all team members involved, from the phone conversation to person! There was a few minor interruptions but Jamie handled it well and I am so grateful and thankful too for that day I’m from Key West so it was a wonderful experience. oh I also needed a battery serviced n they installed that as well, also took the light off that has been there for ever. My initial experience with Largo Honda was horrible, but she changed my overall opinion. I do hope my initial review brought awareness about the customer service and attention to detail from floor workers. Thank you, Joalice, for all of your help! This is the absolute worst service department I have ever visited. I made an appt for Monday after getting the code from auto zone of what’s wrong with my car. After waiting 1.5 hours, I’m told the part is replaced and to pay. I do. Then I’m told the part was never replaced and I only paid for the labor (that was never done). I wait another 45 minutes for them to tell me the part they have is defective and I have to come back Wednesday afternoon. After coming back wednesday, I wait 20 minutes for help and that’s only because I walked up to them myself. I then proceeded to wait over an hour for it to be done. This is beyond ridiculous and I will never be coming back here for any issue. I was given a card for a free oil change next time I come in, but being out of state, that doesn’t really help me much. Rude employees and poor service. 0/10 do not recommend. More
