Largo Honda usually provides awesome customer service. However, my last appointment was not all that great. When I received my car and drove home, I noticed that my Honda Key Lock pouch was missing. I returned to grab it the next day, but they only returned the tire lock without the pouch. They said that the pouch could not be found. I know it is only a small pouch, but when you spend decent money for a service, your car should be returned how it was dropped off. More
