There was a huge lack of Communication was never informed of what they found wrong with the car also there are things that I was charged for and had no idea why ,also I was told I would be giving a $40.00 di of what they found wrong with the car also there are things that I was charged for and had no idea why ,also I was told I would be giving a $40.00 discount and never received nothing and spending $1635.00 I at least thought they would have vacuum and was my car it was full of grease very un happy customer would never Recommend your dealership to anybody I know very disappointing More
Friendly staff. There were problems with the plumbing where the bathrooms were shut down and the lobby smelled. Whoever worked on my car to replace the sun visor was a smoker. My car smelled like cigare where the bathrooms were shut down and the lobby smelled. Whoever worked on my car to replace the sun visor was a smoker. My car smelled like cigarettes the rest of the day. There has to be a better way to keep customers updated on how long it is going to take. We were there 2.5 hrs More
