Negative ratings on this review are reflective of initial Service Advisors lack of detail and follow through. We had a 10:30 appointment and were told it could be 2 + hours. When we spoke up that we had an Service Advisors lack of detail and follow through. We had a 10:30 appointment and were told it could be 2 + hours. When we spoke up that we had an appointment, had come from 40 miles away & had other appointments, we were told "he would get us worked in". After almost 2 hours, when we checked on the status of the service we were told that the service was delayed as our Advisor failed to see the work order was printed for an Accord (previously owned vehicle) and not the Pilot in which he walked out to and sat in to review our service history. All others, Service managers and several Service Advisors (who knew us from prior contacts) were exceptionally helpful and appreciative of our frustrations. We have always been treated fairly and have always been confident in the service we receive at this location. We were just extremely disappointed that with a scheduled appointment we would have such a lengthy delay but more over that that delay was exacerbated by an Advisor who was not conscientious in his work nor caring enough to follow through on the delays or to keep us advised. Our overall positive rating is truly ONLY due to the personal outreach by so very many of the service department staff. Our charges were waived, which was unnecessary and unexpected but very much appreciated as we fully expected to pay in spite of the difficulties we experienced. We appreciate your department's commitment to the customer experience and the team's effort in making our day a positive outcome. We remain confident in the services provided, and we, too, have learned valuable lessons in future scheduling. More
