Service staff is efficient; however, last visit, I felt my service rep had more of a "move 'em in, move 'em out" approach to service. Previous visits I had been spoiled by impeccable service from Joel and my service rep had more of a "move 'em in, move 'em out" approach to service. Previous visits I had been spoiled by impeccable service from Joel and Melissa. Joel invited me into the service bay to view his team's observations; whereas, Miguel, when I asked a specific question about what had been discovered during the multi-point inspection, could only answer "not that my team reported". I'm not sure he "oversaw" his team's work? Not sure; and, later, Miguel said he couldn't provide the color multi-point report saying color printer was down, yet follow up with office personnel provided me the report....not sure what was going on there. Didn't feel the usual "TLC" as in previous visits. More
