I searched for the 2025 Ridgeline on line and immediately I was contacted by phone and email inviting me to come in to look at the pickup I have searched. This dealership told me repeatedly told me that they would contact me and keep me updated, and failed to do so for several days at a time. From the time estimates they gave me, the total service should would contact me and keep me updated, and failed to do so for several days at a time. From the time estimates they gave me, the total service should have generously taken five days, maximum; instead it took nearly two weeks. I called several times to ask for updates and was never able to be put in contact with an advisor who could answer my questions, and despite saying every time that they would leave a note to reach out when one was available, they never called me back. There were no other avenues available for me to find information on my car. The service quality itself was nominal, but I will not be recommending this dealership and will avoid it in the future because it does not deliver on its promises and fails to communicate with its customers. More
