I contact him by phone around 8:45pm , after a very proffesional conversation, I felt confident with him. Next day Peter send me an e-mail with complete details of the car and the options to buy or lease. I was very interested and this e-mail helped me to decide what to do, without any pressure. I call him to setup an appointment. As as he said: the price and all details showing in the e-mail was real- "no hidden fees" . Now I am driving a Honda CIvic LX 2013. My car buying experience started with a phone call. Peter was able to give me accurate information to all of my questions. When we followed up with a visit the experience was excellent. We went for a test ride that involved the highway as well as city conditions. Peter was very helpful and explained all the electronic equipment. I never felt under pressure to buy. When we made the decision to buy the CRV, Peter and the office manager took care of everything from getting my electronic title to transferring my insurance. I also want to say that Peter took the time to go over my iphone setup a couple of times. This experience has changed my opinion of car dealerships. Being a 66 year old woman, I was not looking forward to buying a car. I would definitely return to Key Largo Honda for future purchases. More
