It was a good visit. Nothing special. As a customer they treated fairly. The only thing I did not like is that the finance lady said that I could not lease because I'm already paying for a As a customer they treated fairly. The only thing I did not like is that the finance lady said that I could not lease because I'm already paying for a Ford (somehow I cannot lease if I have a car already :S). I have a 2015 Ford which I've been paying for over a year with no problems. My credit was above 700. I spent too much time waiting for the finance lady and at the end I was not satisfy, because she made me pay a large amount of money for a down payment to buy a car. Victor was awesome by the way; he tried to help however he could, and that is appreciated. More

Also, the finance representative, Sheena, was very helpful and patient in explaining all details of the financing package. She made everything easeful for me in getting my extended warranty as well as transferring my license tag to my new car. Maybe this is par for the course, but it was easy and delightful communicating with Sheena. I highly recommend these representatives and this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda.
