Victor Kyrr, the Internet Sales Manager for Largo Honda, was professional, knowledgable, and made it so easy to lease a vehicle through their dealership. He even delivered the vehicle to my house and took my trade-in back, and I live 3 and 1/2 hours away ! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the vehicle, and are especially happy about the level of service that we received throughout the transaction. We are long time Lexus owners and were shopping at several dealerships including Lexus, Mercedes Benz and Infiniti, and none of the others could provide the type of service and professionalism that Victor provided at Largo Honda. More

It took me a little while to change it. first I loved it , but I had to many miles and I needed something more economical but good and great gas mileage since I live here in Homestead and work in Miami. Victor Kyrr was just phenomenal, from the first time I meet him, he was very nice and professional both with me and Mom who's 81 years old and had stroke 2 years ago. I go with her everywhere and I'm her care give her, since she cant do much on her own. Its especially difficult for me. to take care of her and business. Easiest car purchase yet!. Tony Ruiz and Peter Cabrera took care of me like if I were family. Tony explained all of my options without any pressure. He gave me the pros and cons of each of my choices and helped me make the decision that was best for our family. Peter worked hard to get me into the car that worked best with our budget. He was never pushy or tried to force me into something I couldn't afford (which I've often experienced at other dealerships). We also had our two toddlers with us, which can be challenging to say the least. Tony and Peter did only what had to be done at the sales desk and even came to the play room as much as they could so they kids wouldn't have to keep leaving the room for mom and dad to sign paperwork. It was a really nice customer service touch, and they were so understanding because they are family men as well. I've always been a Honda girl, but now I'm a Largo Honda girl! More

So any sort of haggling was already taken care of before I even set foot in the dealership. I appreciated the honesty, the test drive, the play room for my wife and kids to hang out, and the fact Jorge did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary extras. Sheena was very fast with finding deals from credit unions and banks on financing and found me a reasonable rate at a bank I'm familiar with and currently have a credit card account with. I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours, so timewise this was exceptional as I always hear stories of people hanging around at dealerships all day to haggle on price or interest rate. But that was not necessary in my case and I could not have asked for a better situation in finding a certified car with low miles at a price that clearly beat those of competing dealerships. More
