Paul A. contacted me to explain why this automobile was being sold at the advertised price. I researched his story online, as well as that of Lansdale Auto Group itself, felt confident in what I'd been told, and decided to check both out for myself. I made a verbal agreement over the phone with Paul, traveled from out-of-state to Lansdale Auto Group, test drove the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, found it to be as advertised, finalized the deal, and drove it home that evening. Service department told me “Nothing” wrong with car, learn how to drive the car. “It’s the car”. Took back to Sales was told “ You are not use to the car” There is a Lemon law card in the glove box, go back to Chrysler” by the owner! Would not recommend this car or dealership total rip off and amazes me how they are rated high in customer service. More

As a single mother on a tight budget I was overwhelmed with having to suddenly get a car and knew my credit was horrible to be honest. Walt in finance was extremely sweet and never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. DJ had several customers throughout my time there but I never felt abandoned or not as important as any other customer. DJ effortlessly touched all customers and never seemed frazzled or rushed. The atmosphere was very relaxed but professional. I had accompanied a friend over the summer to CarSense and to compare the two experiences would be unjust. Carsense was the twilight zone and there were so many people doing nothing. My friend basically did the research then test drove a few cars without anyone going with us to explain things. Needless to say they did not get either of our business. If you are looking for a car with excellent quality please come here. I am so happy with my car and have nothing but high praise for DJ, Walt and the entire staff. More
