Lansdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We traded in a 2018 Chevy Equinox in excellent condition for a 2019 Dodge RAM and was given a low ball trade in value of $16,700 that we saw the next day on Lansdales site for $20,000. We paid $31500 for th for a 2019 Dodge RAM and was given a low ball trade in value of $16,700 that we saw the next day on Lansdales site for $20,000. We paid $31500 for the RAM. I don’t believe the dealers mechanic looked at the RAM before resale to us. We found that the drivers side door speaker was not working and asked them to fix it and they said no. The tires needed replacing (which we did) because they would not pass inspection. The mechanic at the tire shop found that the left front tie rod needed to be replaced, another expense. Our problem is with the owner of the dealership who was not willing to work with us with these problems and, that they sold us a vehicle without checking to see if it were safe for the road. Our salesman, Paul Grenon was a nice guy, very respectful and kind. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from Lansdale and I am not the only customer who feels this way. Buyer beware!! More

It's not because of the price (which was absolutely fair) or because my Jeep came in earlier than promised (which it did) but more so it was the overall feeling from the first call I made to them all the way until I left with the vehicle, and beyond. Paul and Jay treated me and the process with the utmost respect, handled everything with transparency, were responsive, kind, and honest. While this may be my first Jeep from them them, it's certainly not my last. Paul Grenon, Jay, and Lansdale Jeep have made me a customer for life! More

Very dishonest people here. Take your business elsewhere! Bought a car here in Oct 2019. I had cosigned a loan with my then boyfriend (later found out i was primary borrower after signing the loan document Bought a car here in Oct 2019. I had cosigned a loan with my then boyfriend (later found out i was primary borrower after signing the loan documents) who needed a car to drive. He needed a cosigner because his credit was poor. At the time of signing this loan, he told me i did not have to pay anything towards this car and that I had “nothing to worry about.” Come to find out later i am financially responsible for paying for this car. By the way I had never done something like this before for anyone. I was naive and in love. I was 22 and he was 37 at the time. My ex has been delinquent on the payments for many months now. The car almost got repossessed earlier this year. However my credit has taken hard hits that i can’t even apply for a new credit card or refinance one of my private loans to get a lower interest rate. I spoke with the finance manager at Lansdale Chrysler (he also happened to be the same person that sold me the car). I told him about the situation and that i needed to be removed from this loan asap. Of course the manager there did not care. He knew what he did was messed up. He knew this older man was taking advantage of this much younger lady with fairly little life experience. He did not care because all he cared about was making money off of this horrible deal. No sense of morals. He said there was nothing that i or he could do to remedy this situation. That i could not be removed from this loan unless my ex refinances it. Right now, my ex is still behind on payments. I will be letting everyone I know about this. I have friends and people I know who have bought cars from here. Let’s just say they won’t be doing business here again. More

We could not be happier with our experience here. Jim Collins took care of us like family and made sure everything was ready when we came from out of town to buy our Jeep.
