Greg was very helpful in finding the car at the price I was comfortable with. He was very nice to work with. The only thing that I don't like is that the dealership does not fill the car with a full tank o was comfortable with. He was very nice to work with. I have never had that experience before and I lease cars every 3 years, so I have been through this process many times. More

We would like to relate a one story for our loyality to this dealership: We had purchased a new van and were about to leave for a short vacation the following weekend. The weather was extremely hot and humid and as we were pulling out of our development the A/C system crashed. I called Jay Haenn at Lansdale and he siad bring the van into the dalership, even though the service dept was not open, he would try to see what was wrong. He was unable to determine the problem and he did not want us to drive the vehicle with no A/C, since we had two young children and m,y wife was pregnant. He told us to wait in the showroom and he was going to give us a new van to use for our vaction while they worked on our A/C system. His team prepped the new van inside and out,filled the gas tank and moved our luggage from our van to the new van. This demonstrated to us that this dealership was one of the best in the area and this is why e continue to purchase our vehicles from Jay and his team at Lansdale Chrysler Jeep. More

After weeks of run around at another local dealer, I called Lansdale Jeep - Paul was extremely helpful. He quickly confirmed they had the vehicle I wanted in stock over the telephone. Once I was there, Paul worked with the rest of the staff to make a deal for me that was fantastic! He got done in three hours what I could not get done in three weeks at the other dealer - I paid less for a better Jeep than the one I was looking at elsewhere! Everyone was so friendly - offering coffee, etc. while I waited - another sales person let me use his computer to get some information I needed on my financing. The business manager, Jeremy, was also very nice, helpful and quick! I left at 9:00 PM with a sparkling red Jeep that was fantastically detailed in the service department - it was prestine inside and out - I almost hated to take it on the road! We went to several other Jeep dealerships in the area and had been getting the runaround on pricing on a new Grand Cherokee Overland, and trad-in value for our 2 year old Wrangler. At the other dealerships it had been the same old "salesman runs to the back room and comes back with the "final bottom line" from the sales manager", and amazingly, the next time he went back there was a "new final bottom line". They were insulting our intelligence. At Lansdale Chrysler Jeep it was different. Andrew was straight forward and gave us a fair value for our trade-in and their lowest discounted sales price for our new Gran Cherokee the very first time and it was lower than any other dealer had been willing to go even with the"running back to plead our case to the sales manager over and over", even when we said no thanks and were walking out the door in those other places, which always triggered a new "lowest and final bottom line", they still didn't come close to the up-front sales price that we got from Andrew the very first and only time he told us a price. More
